FRIES TO LOVE

This weekend, treat yourself to these decadent and nutrient dense fries!

Ingredients
serves 4
4 organic baking potatoes … or sweet potatoes … or yams
1 TB olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika … or garlic powder …or chopped fresh herbs … or cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges or strips, leaving skins on.
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are crisp. Serve hot.
