PROTEIN PANCAKES

I’m obsessed with pancakes and this recipe is simply … healthy, delectable and easy.

Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup organic cottage cheese
1/4 tsp organic cinnamon
1/4 tsp organic vanilla extract

Instructions

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.

Pour onto a nonstick griddle and cook until golden brown on one side.

Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

If you desire, top with fresh berries.

Enjoy your healthy indulgence!

Once a week, after shampooing … mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water … apply to your hair … leave on while showering … rinse and condition.

Avocado & Egg Yolk … Hair Mask.
Strengthens, softens and adds incredible shine.
Place a peeled avocado and egg yolk in blender and mix … shampoo your hair … rinse … work mask through your hair … leave on while showering … rinse.

Raw Honey & Lemon … Face Mask.
Fades Discolorations, exfoliates, smooths.
Warm 1 TB of raw honey and juice of 1/2 a lemon … apply to face … let sit 20 minutes … rinse.

Have fun discovering your physical style. This is the key to shedding excess stored fuel.

Consistency builds results. There will be ups and downs, don’t beat yourself up during the downs. Simply get back on track, one foot in front of the other.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate with plenty of filtered water. So important.

Be thoughtful about your nourishment. Celebrate healthy food and you’ll live powerfully.

Sometimes you just have to eat that piece of cake, cookie, chocolate, etc.. Moderation. And if possible choose the healthiest version.

Two workout moves guaranteed to radically transform your silhouette … squat to a dumbbell curl to an overhead press and push-ups. These two moves engage all of your major muscles.

Walk in nature. This is a game changer. Invigorating your body and mind and meditative. My favorite cardio activity to shed excess stored fuel.

Surround yourself with beauty. Create an uncluttered and inspiring environment for yourself. Transforming experience.

Socialize … really listen to people … listen to understand, not to respond, not to judge.
