The Workout

Full body warm-up

Treadmill or Outdoors … 3 minute jog followed by 1 minute sprint followed by 1 minute cool-down walk equaling 5 minutes. Repeat 5 more times for a total of 30 minutes.

Full body stretch

Walk at a pace that comfortably suits you, while pumping your arms with a heel to toe step! Savor every transformative moment!

It changes the hormonal environment in your body ….. two major hormones that eliminate excess stored fuel and assist in building muscle, testosterone and growth hormone, skyrocket during exercise! Afterward, DHEA kicks in, which is an amazing hormone responsible for eliminating excess stored fuel, muscle building, mood, sex drive and immunity!
