Your Thanksgiving Favorites Are Surprisingly Healthy

Enjoy your meal thoughtfully and celebrate a joyful day!

Butternut Squash
High in vitamin A, maintaining cell health and immune system function.

Green Beans
Rich in fiber, helping to keep things moving through your digestive system and vitamins A and C.

Brussels Sprouts (or any cruciferous veggies – broccoli, kale, Swiss chard, collard greens)
Nutrient-rich and filled with cancer-fighting phytochemicals.

A healthy, lean protein that keeps you satiated.

Cranberries (in their natural state, no sugar added, add some into your stuffing)

Do This For 2 Minutes Each Day To Reduce Stress And Feel More Confident

Stand in this high powered pose for 2 minutes.  Your testosterone levels rise and your cortisol levels lower. Small changes in your body language change your body chemistry. Now close your eyes, breathe in deeply for a count of 3, hold for 1 and then breath out fully for a count of 5.

Our bodies change our minds, our minds change our behavior, our behavior changes our outcomes. Powerful!
