You utilize about 200 muscles to take just one step. Amazing. Find joy in strengthening your more than 600 voluntary muscles. After all, they create movement in your entire body, protect your vital organs, stabilize your joints and maintain your posture. Begin slowly, lovingly. Give them a chance to show you how amazing you were designed to feel and look.

Just The Thing …


Everything should be this easy … and this nourishing. My favorite!

Love Yourself Steel Cut Oatmeal

Serves 2

2 cups water
1/2 cup organic steel cut oats
2 TB organic dried cranberries
1 TB organic almond milk (no sugar or additives added)
1 tsp organic slivered almonds
2 tsp real maple syrup
3/4 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp organic real vanilla extract

In small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add oats, reduce heat to low. Cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 more minutes.
