My beloved organic steel-cut oatmeal, sprinkled with a few organic walnuts and organic berries … and plenty of water … this provides my body with lasting energy for a powerfully transformative workout.

After Physical Activity …

My Signature Salmon Salad …www.vitalchoice.com has a wonderful wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon in portable packets … I mix this with organic tomatoes, red peppers, nuts and a little salt and pepper … and to change it up I may add avocado instead of nuts … and plenty of water … my body receives the nutrients necessary for recovery and I have energy and a joyful mood for hours.
