STEP – UPS – alternating legs

Perform as many reps as possible … 2 – 3 sets … depending upon your ability for that day

… these are powerfully transforming moves …
… always perform a full body warm – up before and full body stretch after …
… perfect form is vital for superior results and injury prevention …
… all moves have variations/modifications to style all and avoid plateaus

On days that I desire more of a challenge … I love to perform cardio … 1 – 3 minutes … between each exercise … any form is wonderful

Organic steel cut oatmeal with a spoonful of organic shelled pistachios or walnuts
Steaming cup of organic green tea
