This is my favorite late afternoon snack … nutrient dense, satisfying and energizing.

Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Makes 12 Bites

Ingredients
2/3 cup organic creamy peanut butter (no sugar added)
1 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats (my fav http://www.bobsredmill.com)
1/2 cup organic ground flaxseeds (my fav http://www.bobsredmill.com)
2 TB organic honey

Instructions
Combine all 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
Stir to combine.
Place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, so bites are easier to roll.
Roll into 12 bites and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Tip … if you like, enjoy a piece of fruit along with this delectable snack. I love 2 energy bites and a juicy orange!
